The Department of Physical Education (Allied Teaching) at Guru Nanak Dev University and the Centre of Excellence in Sports Sciences will open a two-day national workshop on “Sports Training: A Multidisciplinary Approach” on Sunday at Guru Nanak Bhawan Auditorium.
Nearly 200 delegates from different Indian universities and colleges will attend the seminar.
Director of Sports at GNDU Prof Kanwaljeet Singh said Arjuna Award winner Prof Ajmer Singh would inaugurate the workshop:
Anjali Bhawra, GNDU Vice-Chancellor, would preside over it.
Prof A.K. Banerji, former V-C of Kalyani University, will deliver the Keynote address.
