HIGH DRAMA was witnessed in Jawahar Nagar today when irked over a dispute over parking of a car, a police Inspector, Ramesh Kumar, opened fire.
As per information, there was a heated argument between Ramesh Kumar and co-resident Naresh Kumar, following which, Ramesh first fired a couple of rounds in the air and later hit Naresh with his revolver, resulting in a head injury.
It was alleged that the cop was also attacked and got some bruises.
SHO of Vijay Nagar Neeraj Kumar said both had been sent for a medical examination and a case would be registered once the statements were recorded”.
