Arpit Kumbhat is participating in Chhote Miyan
This Chhote Miyan from City has comedian Raju Shrivastava as his role model in acting. Well, Class VIII student Arpit Kumbhat, a participant of Chhote Miyan Chapter II on Colors, may be too young to decide about his career, but he knows he has a flair for acting. And he’s particularly good at comedy. His parents, too, are keen on honing his acting skills.
“My son has been participating in school functions. We also have family get-togethers in which we organize cultural programmes. Though these programmes are informal, our children prepare for them in all earnestness. I think my son’s interest in acting and comedy started from these programmes,” says Arpit’s father Pradeep Kumbhat.
The year 2009 has been good for Arpit, a student of Ryan International School. He had cleared the auditions for Sab TV serial Namaste Jijaji. But, since the serial shoot clashed with that of Chhote Miyan, he could not be a part of the serial. He opted for the reality show instead.
